im sharing with those ppl who get 'installer failed to initialize ....' during installation.
Problems causing this happen might be your PDapp.exe.old
remove .old and run installation again.
after installation done, run CS5 wait untill CS5 has prompt u for account no then close CS5.
Last, change it back to PDapp.exe.old
